Voice to Millions Retreat
Cyprus, June 18–20, 2025 + Optional Extended Stay
Welcome to the Voice to Millions Retreat, hosted by HeartPowered Business. This transformative event is created for ambitious entrepreneurs and leaders ready to scale their impact, amplify their voice, and build a legacy through speaking and business.
By completing your registration for the Voice to Millions Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your registration serves as a binding agreement between you and HeartPowered Business.

1. Registration & Participation
- Registration is open to all qualified entrepreneurs and leaders via our website.
- However, we reserve the right to review each registration. If we determine that the retreat is not a mutual fit, we will respectfully refund your full payment within 7 business days of registration.
- This ensures a curated experience and supportive group dynamic aligned with the purpose of the retreat.
2. Payment & Confirmation
- Your participation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Payment plans are offered only in exceptional cases and must be arranged directly with the HeartPowered Team.
- All prices are listed in EUR. Your investment includes the retreat experience; travel, accommodation, and meals are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once your registration is submitted and payment is made, no cancellations or refunds are possible under any circumstances. This is due to the limited availability and the high level of planning and commitment required to create this transformational retreat experience.
- The only exception is if HeartPowered Business determines, after your registration, that the retreat is not a mutual fit. In this case, we reserve the right to issue a full refund within 14 business days of your registration.
- Should the retreat be cancelled by HeartPowered Business due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer your registration to a future event.
- If the event is cancelled by HeartPowered Business due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat or program.
4. Substitutions & Transfers
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another qualified participant by notifying us at least 21 days before the retreat start date. The replacement must be approved by our team. A 100 EUR administration fee applies.

- 3-Day Retreat – 3 days of transformational experiences focused on mindset, speaking, and scaling your business
- Your Signature Program and Signature Speech -strategically crafted with guidance and feedback
- Direct coaching, spotlight opportunities, and personalized support throughout
- Accommodation: 4-Night luxurious stay in a Sea View Room at the 5-star Raphael Resort & Marina
- Daily gourmet breakfasts
- Energizing lunches during the three retreat days to fuel your body and brilliance
- Two uplifting receptions to foster deep connection and celebrate your growth
- Access to an exclusive global circle of high-level entrepreneurs and changemakers
What’s not included:
- Flights and travel to/from the retreat location (including visas or other travel expenses)
- Airport transfers
- Meals other than stated above that are included
- Any other personal expenses not outlined above
6. Retreat Schedule
The Voice to Millions Retreat officially begins on Wednesday, June 18 at 9:00 AM. We request all participants to arrive the evening before to settle in and start fresh and on time.
You’ll also enjoy two exclusive receptions: one on the first evening, designed to deepen connection among retreat participants, and a special closing celebration on Day 3, where you’ll have the opportunity to mingle with inspiring entrepreneurs and speakers from Cyprus and around the world.
Optional Add-On at an Extra Fee: For those who want to extend the magic, we offer an additional night of accommodation and a Wellness Day on Saturday, filled with soul-nourishing activities for your body, mind, and spirit. If this interests you, simply let us know after your registration. We’ll be happy to share the details.
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, inspiring, and empowering space. All participants are expected to act with integrity, confidentiality, respect, and professionalism. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these values – without refund.
8. Media Release
- By participating in the retreat, you agree that photos, videos, or recordings taken during the retreat may be used by HeartPowered Business for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to be featured, you may request to opt out in writing before the event starts.
9. Liability Waiver
- By registering, you agree to participate at your own risk.
- HeartPowered Business and its representatives are not responsible for any travel delays, loss, injury, illness, or damage incurred during the retreat, or during travel to or from the retreat location.
- You are responsible for securing your own travel insurance and taking necessary health, travel and other precautions.
10. Intellectual Property
- All materials, methods, frameworks, and content presented before, during and after the retreat are the intellectual property of HeartPowered Business. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution is not permitted without prior written consent.
11. HeartPowered Confidentiality Commitment
This retreat is a sacred space for growth, honesty, and connection. To protect that, everything shared before, during, and after the retreat – whether in group sessions, private conversations, or our community spaces – is held in strict confidence.
By participating, you agree to respect the privacy and trust of your fellow attendees and the HeartPowered Business team. What’s shared in this space, stays in this space – so everyone can show up fully, safely, and authentically.

We’re here to help you rise – and this retreat is designed to offer you the latest, most powerful tools, insights, and inspiration to amplify your voice, your visibility, and your business. That said, every journey is unique.
By joining us, you understand and agree that we cannot guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your own actions, decisions, and circumstances.
